Actor Dhananjaya fondly reminisces about his time in Mangaluru, where he worked as a techie at a prestigious IT firm in Kottara for six months. His experience allowed him to immerse himself in the vibrant art and culture of the coastal region. When invited to the Dasara festivities in Kudla recently, he eagerly accepted, citing his nostalgia for the Navratri celebrations and the chance to rediscover the place in a new light.

During his leisure time in Mangaluru, Dhananjaya enjoyed watching Tulu dramas and Yakshagana performances. Despite only having a basic understanding of Tulu, he found great joy in the dramas, emphasizing that art transcends language and fosters meaningful connections. He expressed admiration for the coastal region's preservation of traditional art forms, noting that the essence of a place lies in its language, art, and culture.

Dhananjaya considers himself fortunate to have witnessed the tiger dance during his visit and even had the opportunity to perform on stage. While not a proficient dancer, his experience portraying Huli Vesha in the film "Kotee" provided him with a glimpse into the world of performance art. He stresses the importance of preserving art and culture, highlighting their essential role in enriching and sustaining communities.
